Arrival & Check-In Guide

Everything you need to know about arriving at your villa: transfers, key collection, welcome service, and first-day essentials.

Your arrival experience sets the tone for your entire holiday. At Azul Stays, we ensure everything is seamless from the moment you land in Mallorca.

Airport Transfers — We offer luxury private transfers from Palma de Mallorca airport (PMI) in Mercedes V-Class, Range Rover, or similar vehicles. Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a name board (or at the aircraft steps for private jet arrivals). Transfer time to most villas is 20-60 minutes depending on location.

Check-In Time — Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM. Early check-in (from 2:00 PM) or late check-out (until 12:00 PM) can often be arranged subject to availability — please request this in advance. For significantly early arrivals, we can suggest nearby restaurants or beach clubs where you can relax while the villa is prepared.

Key Collection & Welcome — A member of our local team will meet you at the villa for a personal welcome. They'll give you a full property orientation (pool, alarm, WiFi, appliances, air conditioning), hand over keys, and ensure you're completely comfortable before leaving. They'll also provide local recommendations and emergency contact numbers.

Welcome Pack — Welcome provisions and grocery pre-stocking can be requested for your stay. The scope, provider, price, and availability will be confirmed for your booking.

First Evening — If you'd prefer not to go out on your first evening, we can arrange a private chef to prepare dinner at the villa, or have a restaurant delivery waiting for you. Many guests appreciate having their first meal sorted so they can simply relax after travelling.
